Khusi…what? Khusi Hona (Koo-shee Hō-na) means “feel happy” in Hindi. In 2012, we were founded with a mission of improving the lives of orphans in India. In a country where there are more than 11 million orphaned and abandoned children, we wanted to do something to make a difference in the lives of as many children as we could reach. We started out small, providing food to one orphanage, school tuition funding to another, computers and games to a third. After just two years, we developed a network of nearly 60 orphanages and abandoned children outreach centers across India and Nepal.
